Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 Cupsflour
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 3/4 Cupmilk
  4. 3 1/2 Tbspbutter
  5. Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Combine flour and salt in mixing bowl

    Melt butter. Add butter and milk to flour mixture.

    Mix until combined. Gently knead on floured surface until smooth.

    Wrap in plastic and let sit for 30 minutes. Then separate the dough into 4 to 6 balls.

    Heat skillet on medium

  6. 6

    Oil hands then form and flatten dough into a disc and gently place on skillet.

  7. 7

    Heat on both sides about 90 seconds each. Press down any large bubbles that form.
