Instant Multigrain Focaccia (Gluten-Free) Instant Multigrain Focaccia (Gluten-Free)
Over the years, my desire to experiment in the kitchen has grown. I love discovering new ingredients and creating recipes that are always different, exciting, and never boring. As I once said in a lovely conversation with friends, "It's like having a whole palette of colors but painting every picture with just one color!" This focaccia is a perfect example: using flours from naturally gluten-free grains shouldn't be seen as a limitation for those who can't have gluten, but as an opportunity for everyone to discover and fall in love with textures and flavors you can't get from regular wheat flour. Try making it yourself and you'll see what I mean! Daniela InnamoratiTranslated from Cookpad Italy -

My first baking experience was with this focaccia. I had never bought dry yeast before but using this wonderful recipe I was able to bake a delicious bread. One of my best friends who I admire and who is an Italian maestro taught me this recipe.Make sure to measure out the ingredients precisely. If kneading by hand, make sure the water temperature in Step 2 is very accurate. Then all you have to do is work hard at kneading and you will with no doubt be able to bake a delicious bread.
