Ingredients

Makes about 13-15 pieces
  1. 3 1/3 cupsall-purpose flour (about 400 grams)
  2. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder (about 10 grams)
  3. 1 cupmilk, either dairy or plant-based (I used almond milk) (about 250 grams)
  4. 3 tablespoonsolive oil
  5. 1/2-1 teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Add the oil and milk, mix lightly, then add the salt and knead until the ingredients are well combined.

    On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/2 inch.

    Cut into discs using a cookie cutter.

    Lightly oil a non-stick pan.

    Heat over medium heat.

    Place as many dough discs as will fit in the pan. Cover with a lid and cook each side for 5 minutes. Very important! Keep the lid on throughout the cooking process.
