Green chutney : Grind all the ingredients for chutney in a mixer to a fine paste. Add curd and churn again.

Tamarind south : Boil seedless tamarind in water and let it cool. Mash it with hands and sieve the pulp.

In a pan add 3-4 spoon water and add crushed jaggery and stir continuously till jaggery dissolves completely. Now add tamarind pulp in it and mix well and stir continuously. Now add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper and roasted cumin seeds powder and stir For two minutes. Switch off the flame. Let it cool. Tamarind south is ready.

Beat one bowl curd thoroughly.

Now in a serving bowl place 6-8 Papadi. Add one spoon full of green chutney, tamarind south and curd. Decorate with ginger, beetroot, pomegranate seeds and boiled potato and chickpea.

Serve with lemonade
