Steps

Add 2 spoons of water in peas and blend it smooth paste. add 2 spoons of water in carrot and blend it smooth paste. add 2 spoons of water in almonds cashew and melon seeds and blend coarsely. in a bowl add kesar and warm milk and keep it aside.

Peas Pudding
take a pan add peas purey, 2 spoon milk powder, pinch of salt, pinch kf elaichi powder and cook for 5-7 minutes at medium flame. than add 2 spoon sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes. cool it down and chilled this pudding in fridge for 30 minutes. - 3
Carrot Pudding
take a pan add carrot purey, 2 spoon milk powder, pinch of salt, pinch of kesar milk and cook for 5-7 minutes at medium flame. than add 2 spoon sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes. cool it down and chilled this pudding in fridge for 30 minute. - 4
Almond Cashew Pudding
take a pan add almond & cashew purey, 2 spoon milk powder, pinch of salt, pinch of Elaichi powder and cook for 5 minutes at medium flame. than add 2 spoon sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes. cool it down and chilled this pudding in fridge for 30 minute. - 5
Plating
in small glass add peas pudding than add few chopped pistachios. than add almond pudding than add carrot pudding and make a layers. decorate with coral tuile.
