  • 400 gmince beef
  • 1egg
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • Oil
  • For the hash browns :
  • 2potatoes
  • Halfa red onion
  • 1egg
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • Oil
  • Garnish :
  • 4burger buns
  • Salad of your choice
  • Slicecheese
  • Sauce of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and grate potatoes. Squeeze out as much water as you can putting it in a clean tea towel. Put in a bowl. Add grated onion, an egg, salt and pepper. Mix well

    Add egg, salt and pepper to mince. Mix well. Cut burgers and add cheese on top. Now heat 2 pans with a little oil and turn on the grill

  3. 3

    Divide potato mixture into 4. Same for mince. Fry both until cooked and golden brown on both sides. Drain on kitchen paper. Meanwhile, grill the buns slightly

    Plate up with salad and sauce 😀
