Steps

Separate the cauliflower into medium sized florets and rinse well.

Blanch them in boiling water with little salt for 4-5 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.

Whisk the curd and salt together in a bowl and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan and splutter the cummin seeds. Add green chilli, dry chilli, ginger and curry leaves. Saute for few seconds.

Now add cauliflower florets and saute for a while. Turn off the flame and allow it cool down.

Once cooled, add the cooked cauliflower florets to the curd in bowl. Finally add roasted cumin-red chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves.

Thus ready is the tempting dahi gobhi for being served with rice/ roti.
