Khus-khus halwa

First of all soak Khus-khus overnight in water then grind it in mixer in fine paste now heat non stick pan and add Khus-khus paste and ghee

Now mix it well and cook it until it colour changes, continue stirring till it's colour is golden brown

Now take out that mixture in a plate, then add milk in that kadai, add sugar. Mix till sugar dissolves

Then add add mixture of that plate and Stirring continuesly till the milk is soaked
- 5
At last add elaichi powder and dry fruits Now our halwa is ready to serve
