This Tiffin time / tea time recipe is quick , healthy and tasty.. best served with tea or achaar..

Take 100 gms wheat flour and make a soft dough and greese it with oil..

Roll a small ball sized dough into a roti and add all the ingredients ghee/oil, salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder and salt

Spread the above mix evenly on roti and make a triangle shape.. (follow steps in pictures below)

Roll the triangle shape dough into a paratha.. put in on tawa and fry it at medium flame with oil/ghee..

Ta da.. namak mirchi paratha is ready to be served.. (I used ghee in whole process because its a healthy option)
