Makai (Corn) Na Rotla

Take a kneading plate add both the flour, salt, oil. Mix it all and with little little water knead the soft and smooth dough.

Make equal parts of the dough and make balls.

Roll the ball in dry flour and put on flat surface. Flatten it with Ur hand and can also roll it with rolling pin.

Put a griddle/tava on medium flame. When tava got hot place the rolled Rotla on it. Once the Rotla half cooked from one side turn it to other side. Let it half cook in a min.

Now with the help of tongs take Rotla on direct flame. Roast it. And take out on a plate. Make all rotla in same way. Apply ghee/ butter and enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy with any Punjabi subjis, any gravy sabjis or garlic Chutney 😋
