METHOD:
Take a wok and heat ghee. Then add garlic and fry it it till it turns light pink. - 2
When it turns light pink take it out and keep aside. Now add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder in the previous ghee. Stir it for 5 to 6 seconds and then add garlic and 1/2 glass of water and then simmer it for 5 mins. Your dish is ready!
