Boil all 3 veggies and potato add salt. Crush green peas green chana and pigeon peas in chilli cutter and mash potato.

Now heat oil in a pan add chilli ginger garlic paste add crush all 3 veggies and mash potato Mix well add sesame seeds garam masala salt saute on slow flame. Turn off flame add chopped coriander. Mix properly.

Now take a dough in paraat. Add oil salt curd and spinach puree. Knead a tight dough.

Now roll a roti stuff mixture of veggies. Sprinkle chopped green garlic seal properly. Remove extra daugh and roll paratha. Roast on tawa with oil. And serve hot with seasonal pickles. Tasty delicious paratha is ready to serve.
