Firstly take a nonstick Pan.add oil. Heat the oil.then add garlic, Ginger, chilli.saute for 2 minutes. Now add all chopped veggies.cook it for 2-4 minutes.then add salt, sugar.

Mix it well.now take a small bowl.add 2 tbsp water, cornstarch, vinegar, soya sauce.mix it well.then add this batter in pan. Add water.

.cook it now.then add black pepper powder.. garnish with coriander leaves.. ready to serve hot and sour healthy soup.
