Palak aur Methi ka saag

Heat oil in a kadai add ginger garlic paste saute for few mins add chopped green chillies & half of the sliced onions fry for a few mins.

Add potatoes fry them,cover and cook for 10 mins. Then add haldi powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, chilli powder & kitchen king masala. Fry for few mins

Add the washed and chopped palak and methi mix it till it settles down, then add the remaining onions,chopped tomatoes and salt.

Cover and cook for 10 mins on medium flame, then stir thoroughly so that all combines well. Simmer for 5 mins. Done. Can add a little white butter on top while serving (optional)
