In a big bowl take wheat flour, add salt and ajwain. Add water and make a dough. Apply some oil and keep it covered for 15 mins.

For stuffing: Chop the potatoes into very small pieces, add chopped onion, green chillies, chopped coriander, salt to taste, chaat masala, red chilli powder,garam masala, jeera powder and mix everything well.

Take some dough and roll into thick roti. Dust with some wheat flour. Keep some stuffing at the center.

Cover it properly and roll slowly into thick rotis. Take a pan. Put few drops of oil and keep the paratha.

Put oil and cook nicely from both the sides. Serve hot with curd.
