  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and wash the potatoes

  2. 2

    Use a grater and grate to be thin

    Put oil in a frying pan on fire to be hot

    Sprinkle salt in the potatoes, and pour to fry

    When partially golden brown remove and put in a colender to drain the oil

    Serve and enjoy or with any drink
