  • 1 cupsugar powder
  • 3 tbspmilk powder
  • 6 tbspghee
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • Oil for fry
  • Water as require for making dough

    Sab se phely maida me ghee dal kar crumb kar Lein phir maida me cardamon powder, milk powder, sugar dal kar mix karein aur pani dal kar smooth dough bana Lein.

    10- 15 minutes freez m rack dhen.
    phir dough ko bal kar any shape me cutting kar ke medium heat per golden brown fry kar ke nikal Lein.
    Sweet paray ready hai.
