  1. 4egg (boiled)
  2. 1pao chanay ki daal (boiled)
  3. 1 tsphaldi
  4. 1 tsppisi hui lal mirch
  5. 1 tsppisa dahnia
  6. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  7. 1 tsppisa zeerah
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1 tbspAdrak lahsan ka paste
  10. 1 cupoil
  11. 1 cuponion paste
  12. Dahnia for garnish

  1. 1

    Medium flame on kar kay pan ma oil daal kar onion paste, adrak lahsan ka paste, haldi, pisi hui lal mirch, pisa dahnia, pisa zeerah or namak daal kar achi tarah se bhon lay.

  2. 2

    Jab oil upar a jaya tu biol kia huwa chanay daal kar mazeed bhon lay or 1 glass pani daal kar 5 minutes kay liye pakaya.

  3. 3

    Ab biol egg par 1 pinch pisi hui lal mirch or 1 pinch haldi laga kar alag se pan ma shallow fry kar lay.

  4. 4

    5 minutes kay baad agar chano ki garavy thick hu gia hia tu pisa huwa garam masala add kar kay mix karay or sath hi egg bhi daal daay.

  5. 5

    Flame off kar daay anda chanay ready hia.

  6. 6

    Platter ma nikal kar dahnia se garnish kary or lachay dar parathy or lassi kay sath serve kary.
