Steps

Take a container wash and soak chole overnight, grind the masala.

Take a pressure cooker add soaked chole boil it for 4- 5 whistles, take a pan add ghee then heat it and add ginger garlic paste.

Now add all the spices then add Kasuri methi saute all the masala well then add chole. Give a nice boil and then serve hot.
