Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupSoya chunks
  2. 4-5paneer pieces
  3. 1 cupleftover rice
  4. 1 cupmasala oats
  5. 2 tbspgrated carrot
  6. 1 tbspbeans finely chopped
  7. 1 tbspgrated ginger & garlic
  8. 1 tspgreen chilli
  9. 1 tbspchopped coriander
  10. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  11. 1 tspchaat Masala
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 4 tbsptil(sesame seed)
  14. as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil soya in hot water for 2 to 4 mins.

  2. 2

    Drain them. Squeeze of the excess water and rinse well few times. Squeeze and drain up the water

    Blend them to a coarse texture

    Now add all
    Ingredients and spice and blend once again.

    Add coriander leaves and mix This is use for outer covering of cutlet.The mixture must bind well at this stage.

    Now take icecream stick,paneer piece and cover this to Soya stuffing

    Make all cutlet and set aside

  8. 8

    Make a slurry by mixing the cornflour and water.

  9. 9

    Dip each of these cutlets in the slurry and then coat with the til.Set aside for ten minutes.

    Heat a wide pan with oil. When it is hot enough place the cutlet in oil and fry on a medium heat until golden on both the sides.

    Serve soya cocktail kebabs with different sauces.
