Steps

Melt butter and saute onions with green garlic.

When the onions become soft, add green peas and 2 cups of water.

Boil until they are cooked. Cool and add the mint make fine puree.

Place the puree on fire, add the salt and pepper.
- 5
Mix and bring to a boil, add cornflour slurry, bring to boil and serve hot.
