In a saucepan, combine the olive oil, milk, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat until it comes to a boil.

Once boiling, remove from heat. Add the flour and mix well until fully combined.

When the dough has cooled slightly, add the beaten egg and mix until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.

Heat plenty of oil in a skillet. Pipe the churro dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.

I made them as sticks, but you can shape them however you like.

Remove the churros and place them on paper towels to drain. Enjoy!
