Steps

Firstly roast dry coconut with khus khus till turns light golden

Now on another pan take oil add cumin seeds and onion fry till becomes golden in colour remove from oil and keep aside

Simultaneously boil eggs on another pan

Now grind the coconut and onion together into very fine paste
- 5
In the same pan add ginger garlic paste with red chilli and coriander powder cook for 2 minutes then add grounded masala with turmeric and salt

Once oil separates add boiled eggs and water and give desired consistency of gravy
- 7
Lastly add coriander leaves and garam masala powder and cook on sim for 5 minutes,switch off the gas and serve

Best with rice
