    Karela ko peel and wash kar round shape me cutting kar lein.

    Phir karela me salt only 2 pinch dalen aur 5 tbsp basan dal kar mix karein.karela per achi trah basan ki coding ho jay.phir garam oil me deep fry kar lein.

    Now crispy basani karela ready hai.
