  • 4Sweet potato (boiled / baked)
  • 1Finely chopped onion
  • 1Finely chopped tomato
  • 1Finely chopped green chilli
  • 2 tablespoonsBeaten curd
  • 1/4 teaspoonRoasted cumin powder
  • 1 pinchBlack salt
  • to tasteRock salt
  • 1/4 TeaspoonDry Mint Powder
  • 1-1 1/2 teaspoonsTamarind sauce

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil sweet potato in the cooker or bake in the oven, then cool it down.
    peel and cut it into a bowl.
