Wash and clean the flower...open the layers one by one... each layer wl have a bunch of flowers open each flower and take out the stigma and the transparent thing at the bottom as shown in pic. Discard the waste and put in a water in a bowl

Drain water and spread on a large plate for sometime.

Meanwhile in a big bowl add besan, rice flour, hing, salt, chilli powder, fennel seeds and mix all... then add the banana flowers and mix well... then slowly add water to make a thick batter for pakoras

Deep fry the flowers to make pakoras till golden. Remove on a plate... deep fry 1 sprig curry leaves and add to the pakoras. Serve hot with coconut chutney or ketchup.
