Ingredients

  1. 1 kgWheat floue
  2. 1 kgdesi ghee
  3. 100 gmPoppy seeds
  4. 100 gmgoond
  5. 1 tablespoonAjwain( carom seeds)
  6. 1 tablespoonblack pepper powder
  7. 250 gmkhoya
  8. 800 gmpowdered sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Take kadai, add desi ghee, roast wheat flour and cook till then light brown colour. Fry gond and grind it and keep it aside.

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients and mixed it well.

  3. 3

    Now make shape of your choice of the mixture.

  4. 4

    Ready to serve.
