Firstly cut the baby corn into small pieces. Add egg, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, pepper, salt, cornflour and deep fry and keep it aside.

Gravy: Heat oil in a pan /wok. Add finely chopped garlic and ginger, slit green chillies, onion, capsicum and fry for 2 mins. Then add ginger garlic paste, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, chilli powder, pepper and mix well... add cornflour mixed in 1/2cup water, add salt if required... let it simmer for 2 mins.

Garnish with some spring onion greens and toasted sesame seeds. Serve hot
