Kadhi badi is a traditional recipe of bihar.

Soak Masoor dal for 2 hours.

Grind it in mixer.

Add chilli powder, zeera powder and salt in soaked and grounded dal..

Make pakode and fry in hot oil till golden in colour.

Take curd in a heavy bottom pan.

Add besan/gram flour.

Add chilli powder.

Add turmeric powder.

Add garlic paste.

Add water.

Whisk batter till there is no lump.

Cook on low flame for 12 minutes.

After this add salt and fried pakode.

Put tadka of dry red chilli and cumin seeds(zeera) on kadhi.

Bihar special kadhi badi is ready.

Serve hot with rice.
