Take a wok or any other Kadhai, put oil add chopped garlic & green chillies little fry and add all vegetables except spring onions.

Fry in high flame so that veggies be crunchy taste, just 1/2 minutes fry add all sauce, Kali mirchi powder, red chilli flakes. Add cooked rice mix very gently.

Now add vinegar. Serve with spring onions now ready to eat delicious mouth-watering rekdee style Chinese fried rice.
