Dissolve sugar in water.

In big utensil take flour add ghee mix well and rub flour with your palm and make crumble structure.then add cardamom powder and coconut, fennel seeds. Mix all with sugar.

Now add dissolve sugar in flour slowly- slowly make tight dough. Keep side for 15 min cover from wet muslin cloth. Now make a tennis size dumpling and press it on mould....

Make all like this. Heat oil in kadhai put thekua init fry golden in colour on medium flame. After cooldown at room temperature keep in air tight jar.
