Ingredients

approx45-60min
7-8 servings
  1. 1 kgwhole wheat flour
  2. 250 gmghee for moyan
  3. 1/2 tspgreen cardamom powder
  4. 250 Gm/ +2 tbsp sugar or jaggery
  5. 2 tbspgrated or finely chopped dry coconut
  6. 1 tspfennel seeds optional
  7. As neededGhee or oil for frying

Steps

approx45-60min
  1. 1

    Dissolve sugar in water.

  2. 2

    In big utensil take flour add ghee mix well and rub flour with your palm and make crumble structure.then add cardamom powder and coconut, fennel seeds. Mix all with sugar.

  3. 3

    Now add dissolve sugar in flour slowly- slowly make tight dough. Keep side for 15 min cover from wet muslin cloth. Now make a tennis size dumpling and press it on mould....

  4. 4

    Make all like this. Heat oil in kadhai put thekua init fry golden in colour on medium flame. After cooldown at room temperature keep in air tight jar.
