Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgmince(beef)
  • 2 cuppeas
  • 1 tbsGinger paste
  • 1 tbsGarlic paste
  • 1onions
  • Salt
  • Paprika
  • Turmaric powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • Oil
  • 1tomatoes
  • 2Curry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour oil in pot and heated then add oil and onion fry till soft.then add Ginger garlic paste and fry it add tomato.

  2. 2

    Add mice and Curry leaves and spices in pot and stir fry.

  3. 3

    Then add peas and stir fry. Then add some water and cover it.cook till peas become soft.

  4. 4

    Garnish garam masala and fresh corinder and serve with roti or rice.
