For aloo masala:- In a pan add oil and carrom seeds.now add all spices and dry red chilli and mix well.then add potatoes and peas and mix well.cook for two minutes and keep aside.

For Dosa:- take a wet cloth and clean dosa tava.now spread dosa batter on tava evenly.

Add aloo masala and spread it nicely.now add onion, tomato, beetroot, carrot and coriander leaves and spread them evenly.cook for 2-3 minutes at medium flame.

Fold from all the sides and serve hot with coconut Chutney and sambhar.
