Wash ur cat fish with vinegar and lemon

Stain to remove water

Add ur grounded pepper,one cube of know,little salt,curry,thyme,garlic and onions

Mix everything toghether and marinate for 20 minutes

Spinkle some flour on ur fish and ready for frying

Set ur pan with oil and fry ur fish

For the sauce add ginger,garlic,and onions, fry

Add scotch bonnet ond one maggi cube,add little curry

Fry for only 2mins and add little water then add your fish and keep on low heat for 2 mins

Serve and enjoy,i ate with white rice and stew🤪
