Ingredients

  • 1 cupdalia- broken wheat
  • 5 cupwater
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 2 tbsDesi ghee
  • 1/2 tbscardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in Kadai.

  2. 2

    Roast the dalia till the colour changes.

  3. 3

    Now add normal water in it and cardamom powder, cook it for 10-15 minutes on medium to low flame, when water soak then add sugar and cook it for two minutes.

  4. 4

    Now dalia is ready to serve.
