Steps

Take ghee in heavy bottom pan and fry gum and crush it out and keep aside.now add wheat flour into remaining ghee in pan and saute on low medium flame till golden brown colour.

Add jaggery dry ginger powder mixed nuts and keep mixing and saute for another some minutes.finally pour the mixture into pregreased with ghee thali (plate) and cut into diamond or square shape of your choice.once cooled we can store this into air tight container it remains fresh for 15 days.to make it more healthy version we can add dates accrodingly balance dates and jaggery.also fenugreek powder.
