Ingredients

40 - 50 servings
  • 700 gdairy free dark chocolate
  • 840 gwater
  • 20 gdark rum
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat water to 45* add to chocolate.

  2. 2

    Mix over ice / dont whisk to much rest and allow to set. Remove from ice if necessary.

  3. 3

    Whisk until medium hard peaks. Around 11 mins.

  4. 4

    Kwinel and dust with pestacios maybe for garnish.
