The name is quite apt. Isn't it! Well! I have named this beautiful looking Omelette as above. This is what I call a perfect name for an Omelette made with Tomatoes. Therefore I have named it as such. A healthy Breakfast recipe from my kitchen for you all with Tomatoes as the main ingredient. This can be had with Toasts, Chapatis or Phulkas. It's not only a Breakfast idea but can be enjoyed for Brunch as well as in main course meal as well. Tastes lovely too. Enjoy!

Ingredients

15 minutes
3 servings
  • 5Eggs
  • 1Onion finely chopped large one
  • 3Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 2Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/4 cupCoriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Beat eggs until foamy and mix in everything well. Add a little oil to the omelette mix as well. Heat a fry pan with oil on a low heat. Pour the mix onto the hot pan. Tilt it a little to spread the mix properly.

    Cover and cook on both the sides by checking and turning the sides at regular intervals in order to ensure a evenly cooked Omelette for breakfast or brunch or even at dinner. Serve it hot immediately with rice or rotis or bread of your choice.
