Ingredients

  1. 4 tablespoonsbutter
  2. 1/4 cupflour
  3. 2 cupsChicken drippings, strained
  4. to tasteMilk,
  5. Gravy master, optional

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter in small saucepan. Add flour and cook over medium/low for 1 minute.

  2. 2

    Add strained chicken drippings (should be at least 1.5 cups)

  3. 3

    Cooking for 5 mins over low heat. Add milk to thin as needed.

  4. 4

    Taste! Add a splash of gravy master if desired (for color).
