Now take a bowl add maida, oil and mix it well. Now add chilled water and knead a smooth dough.

Now take a pan and add 1 spoon oil then add semolina.now roast semolina at low flame.now when it roasts well then add sugar, chopped dry fruits, crushed cardamom, saffron and mix well.now allow this stuffing to cool.at last add coconut shred and mix well.

Now make 4 thin chapatis from dough. Now take one chapati spread oil on it and sprinkle rice flour over there. Now like this arrange all chapati on one another.

Now roll this and cut into pieces then roll this piece in the shape of Puri.

Put 1 spoon stuffing and seal it. Now make design using thumb and finger.now fry in oil and serve it.
