  • 150 gmsregular tofu or silken tofu
  • 1/3 cuppeanut butter
  • 3-4 tsporganic sugar powder
  • 3/4 tspcocoa powder or some chopped dark chocolate (optional)
  • 2 tspsoya milk (if required)
  • 1 tsproasted peanuts for garnishing

  1. 1

    Chop the tofu and and keep it aside. I use normal tofu for preparing this dessert.

    Then in a blender or mixer put all the ingredients together.

    Then grind it together to make a smooth texture of mousse.

    Now your peanut butter tofu mousse is ready.

    Keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour and then serve them in shot glasses by garnishing with some roasted peanuts.
