Ingredients

4 servings
  • 400 gramsPlucked methi leaves
  • 2long green chillies
  • 15medium sized garlic cloves
  • 1medium tomato
  • 1/2 cup soaked moong dal (soaked in lukewarm water)
  • 2 tbsprefined oil (of your choice)
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tsphing
  • to tasteSlat

Steps

  1. 1

    Add 2 tbsp refined oil to preheated kadhai.

  2. 2

    Add mustard seeds and Hing, allow to flatter.

  3. 3

    Add diced green chillies & diced garlic cloves

  4. 4

    Add turmeric powder.

  5. 5

    Add plucked methi leaves.

  6. 6

    Add diced tomatoes

  7. 7

    Add salt to taste.

  8. 8

    Cook for 15 mins.
