On a pre heated pan, add butter. Add 2 full eggs and cook it sunny side-up. Keep it aside

On the same pan, slightly roast salami slices. Keep it aside

Take two bread slices, spread tandoori mayo and Schezwan chutney on both the slices.

Put roasted salami on one of the bread slice and then carefully place the cooked eggs.

Eat it as it is or I like to grill my sandwich with little butter. Enjoy your buttery, protein rich sandwich to kick start the day.
