Cut the eggplant into thin slice.

In a bowl Add sliced banana, 3/4tsp chilli powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder and salt and mix well.

Blend the curd with salt and hing and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the sliced eggplant and keep it aside.

Again heat oil and add phutana, green chilies, red chilli and curry leaves and saute for a minute.

Now add fried eggplant and mix well.

Then add salt, 1/4tsp chilli powder,1/4 tsp jeera powder, hing and sugar and stir well.

Last, add the blended curd and mix well.

Sprinkle the coriander leaves and serve with rice.
