Fish is the stapel food of every bengali so is fish fry. A hot crispy fish fry with salad and kasundi is just finger licking. Mine is with a twist adding the famous Gondhoraj lebu/lemon.

Fish is the stapel food of every bengali so is fish fry. A hot crispy fish fry with salad and kasundi is just finger licking. Mine is with a twist adding the famous Gondhoraj lebu/lemon.

Now take the bhetki fillet wash it pat it dry. Then Marinate it with salt and juice of Gondhoraj lemon. Keep it for 1-2 hrs.

Now add ginger garlic paste, green chiles paste, coriander paste and grated cheese. And bit of lemon zest. Mix them well. Keep it for another half an hour

Then in a plate take bread crumbs put the fillet on it one by one. Coat it well. Give shape to it. Now keep it in the fridge for 3-4 hrs or outside

Before frying. Take egg whisk it with salt. Dip the fish in egg and again roll it over the bread crumbs. Give Shape with light hands and remove the excess bread crumbs.

Then fry it in oil and serve it with salad and kasundi.
