Combine the chana dal, haldi powder, salt and water in cooker, mix well and pressure cook for 3 whistles.

Heat ghee in a pan, add jeera.

When the Jeera seeds crackles, add green chilli and garlic and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.

Add onions and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, and salt and mix well and add chana dal and cook for 1 minute.

Add lemon juice and mix well.

For Pakwan: combine the ingredients in a bowl, mix and knead a dough

Roll a portion of the dough into a circle.

Scrape off the remaining dough after cutting the rounds.

Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry pakwan. In golden brown colour.

In a serving plate arrange mini pakwan

Top each mini pakwan with little dal, add imli chutney, green chutney, onions and add pomegranate.

Sprinkle chaat masala over each pakwan and top it with sev.

Garnish with Coriander leaves

Serving immediately.
