Ingredients

10cutlets
  • 250 gramsPotatoes boiled and grated ½ +¼ cup Semolina/sooji
  • 1 tspPomegranate powder Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl, take all the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Mix well to make it look like dough.

  3. 3

    Pinch out tennis ball sized dough. Roll into a ball, coat with sooji and then flatten it.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a wok and fry cutlets till golden brown on both sides.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with red chutney or tomato sauce.
