Egg and Onion Bajji Pakoda

Boil eggs, remove outer shell, slice into half. Slice onion as you wish.

Make Bajji/Pakoda batter by mixing,besan,salt, red chilli powder, cooking soda by adding sufficient water.

Heat Oil, dip each piece into the batter, deep fry. Mix grated carrot, coriander,onion and sprinkle little salt. Garnish this over ready pakodas and serve with Masala Chai.
