Onion Chutney

Take the onions and peel them,wash it well.

Then slice them and keep aside.

Now heat a kadhai put oil in it and then add the sliced onions and curry leaves

Then add the chilli powder.Saute well the sliced onions for a few minutes. Here I have added both the spicy and Kashmiri chilli powder.

Till the onions get brown saute it,then turn off the gas.

Then when it cools down,put salt and grind it to a smooth paste.

The onion chutney is ready. Serve it with Dosa or Idli.
