Steps

Take a pressure cooker and add washed dal in it. Add water, turmeric powder and salt to it.

Cook it 10 mins and take a pan add ghee in it add cumin seeds, garlic and ginger paste then add onion light brown and then add tomato and fry it then add salt, red chilli powder, bowl dal add all material and dal mix it well. then coriander leaves and garam masala add it.

Dal is ready.
